Taste of the West Awards 2011
In our first year of operation we were fortunate enough win six honours in the Taste of the West Awards. The winning products were:
Goose Confit Cooked in Perry (Gold),
Hereford Beef Pastrami (Gold),
Goose Magret (Silver),
Gloucester Cure back Bacon (Silver),
Piccante Chorizo (Silver)
Gloucester Black Pudding (Bronze)
